This endpoint allows you to route a conversation on demand by passing a teamId
or skillId
configured within your tenant.
Order of priority [Asc]

Note:
- Conversations transfer requests are allowed ONLY when the conversation in status:
queued
oractive
. Conversations onhold
orclosed
cannot be directly transferred. They will need to be re-opened or queued (in the same team using the Update conversation endpoint) first.
