API Reference

This endpoint allows you to route a conversation on demand by passing a teamId or skillId configured within your tenant.

Order of priority [Asc]

  • skillId
  • teamId

Note:

  • Conversations transfer requests are allowed ONLY when the conversation in status: queued or active. Conversations on hold or closed cannot be directly transferred. They will need to be re-opened or queued (in the same team using the Update conversation endpoint) first.
