Introduction

Webex Engage (WxEngage) is a Digital customer service (DCS) application that enables live contact center agents to carry out conversations with their end customers over a wide range of digital messaging channels. This is offered as an add-on service on top of Webex Connect which powers the digital messaging capabilities by leveraging its direct integration with messaging channels.

This document guides you on how to get started with Webex Engage by making the necessary configurations and setting you up to carry out your first interaction with an end customer as a live agent from the business’s end across various channels.
